Who We Are.

Tim Massucco, the founder of TM Skiing, has skiing in his blood, from the early years in seasonal programs at Stratton Mountain Resort, all the way to the FIS Freestyle World Cup while on the U.S. Ski Team. He is a Nor-Am Overall Grand Prix Champion and has competed at Olympic Trials in Aerials. The depth of Tim's experience doesn't stop there. He's very in-tune with the latest and greatest mogul skiing techniques as he has trained side by side with several Olympic medalists and World Champions on the mogul course. He has been retained by US Ski & Snowboard as a Freestyle World Cup Technical Advisor, NorAm Level Event Organizer, and an active member of the US Ski & Snowboard Congress. Tim has been involved in coaching for over 25 years and is USSA Level 4 Aerial certified. During the Winter he is the Program Director of Stratton Winter Sports Club’s Freestyle Program, managing over 260 athletes across four distinct freestyle/freeskiing programs. Prior work includes defining a pathway for a 2018 Olympian and the framework for the 2019 Overall Slopestyle World Champion & 2026 Olympic Big Air Silver Medalist/X-Games Gold Medalist. With Tim’s wealth of knowledge and world-class experience TM Skiing is uniquely positioned to offer an opportunity that can not be duplicated.
